I experienced the same issue with this plugin, now I’ve found a better alternative for free with great look and feel

I didn’t review this plugin because i don’t like to give 1 star reviews

Namely that even though the service can be booked at the half hour, it can also be booked at the full hour, meaning I may end up with empty half hour slots because no appointment can be fitted it that time between another two appointments.

This is working for me, for example if my client make an appointment at 08:30 then 09:00 is blocked and the next available time slot is 09:30.
