inside the child theme directory i have except from the style.css file also 404.php, index.php, notes.txt, screenshot.png, that i copied from the child demo theme in the original aspent theme

no, the capital letters are exact as they should be
(the same as parent theme).
the weird is that some of the parent theme design, imported to the child theme but not all of it. so the site looks messed up

i’ve tried that!
i deactivate all the plugins, and tried to update one, but nothing.
i believe that i have a problem in one of the core files like wp-config.php or some thing else.

i didn’t understand where they find this file and if at all it can help me

i’ve contacted my host they said that they set the proper permissions for the wordpress files & directories.
but i’m still cant update anything.
i dont know what else i can do?

i just sent them an email.
maybe they need to do something with the files permission settings.
i’ve tried to set the permission for files changing with filezilla to 777
but no success

I turned off all plugins. they are not the problem. I can not update anything not a version of WordPress, themes nor anything! There is a problem at WordPress files
the all in one seo is just an example

i managed to restore the site content by re copying the wp-config file.
but now there is no head picture or backround picture. when i try to upload picture i get this message:

I have managed to fix this problem. i followed this solution:
Open file:
/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/wp-contact-form-7.php

Edit line (around 46):

Change this:
define( ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true);

To this:
define( ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false );

and it did fix the spinning arrow problem.

however it seems that one solution drags a new problem.
th cf7 does not redirect to my thank you page.
i added this line in the additional settings section:
on_sent_ok: “location.replace(‘https://www.meitav-hashemesh.co.il/successfully-sent-2/’);”
but no redirection.
any solutions please.
