Ok- so I did as you mentioned and it worked. I was able to connect all the fields but then when I did a test submission it is now giving me this error again….

On the second site it will not create a short code. It allows me to go through the process but when I click publish it does NOT show anything in the feed list so there isn’t a shortcode to use. That is the problem. Even when I log out of one instagram account and into another it still doesn’t work. I can still contact your support email if needed. thanks.

It also doesn’t work if I sign in with a different account for the second subsite.

The Production key is not checked and the credentials are correct.

Yes I have triple checked them and the credentials are what I was given by Fedex.

Should I just bypass the test credentials and have FedEx send me the live ones?
