Jan – I already sent 4 emails to them using their /contact page. That would seem obvious. That is the reason I created this thread is so that others also know they are not responding at all and not to purchase their pro plugin.

Yes, I’ve already gone through the documentation but we need confirmation before purchasing. Thank you for finding that contact us page and I was able to send them a note. Hopefully, they will resolve their issues instead of making me go through the forum.

I’m also having the same or similar issue. It shows this error at the end of our form ‘Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!’ but there are no messages showing what is wrong. This is the form: https://www.counselingresilience.com/therapy-appointments/
***at the beginning you have to select SESSION TYPE (Substance Abuse Assessment) and then select YES to ‘Were you referred by Driver’s Education Department of Hawaii?’. On the last page, it shows the error and I don’t know why.

I’m glad to know that this is still on your radar. Unfortunately, I just tried to update the site to 1.15.7 and it still gave me the same critical error and I had to reinstall an older version of Forminator. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to resolve this.

Not only does it take you 6 weeks to reply but your reply doesn’t even make sense. The plugin is still activated and I don’t know what give link you are referring to.

Can you please reply sooner? We’re not able to collect contacts from our website until this is resolved which is a major problem. If it can’t be resolved quickly we need to find another solution. Please respond ASAP. Thank you.

Nope still didn’t work. I uploaded the plugin via SFTP and reactivated it and it’s still breaking my site when I activate it.
