Hi, when I logged back out and then back in, contact form 7 was missing again.
I tried the steps you mentioned:
go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Backend => Backend Singles and click on “Save all changes”. Then refresh the admin page where you didn’t see the Contact Form 7 menu item.
Contact form 7 was still missing. I do have the latest version, Please advise, thank you

I noticed that deactivating and reactivating Freesoul alone fixes the issue. But I believe this is a temporary fix as I had the same thing with the Matamo plugin. I will let you know

Hi, the email reports under personal settings. I entered the whole year as the scope and I know for certain that I had many more logged-in WordPress users using the site, but only like 5 logged-in User IDs show up for the year.
When I do per week, I have more logged in userID’s than per year.
