i have this problem with 1.7.5.

A workaround is resetting the default currency in gravity forms, then assigning the currency to the form (ie change currency from dollar to euro globally and then assigning euros to that form.) This does not seem to affect the other forms that have other currencies (they will stay as dollar, pound or whatever.)
