you must remove completely wp-statistics and install file https://ufile.io/f0c7c.
redeclare error means , there are several WP_STATISTICS class loadded in your wordpress.

do you active Anonymize IP Addresses or hash ip setting in plugin ?

We Use a new Method for getting user ip in next version.
please install wp-statistics dev version https://ufile.io/f0c7c in your WordPress and test again. then tell me result.

Hi,
example :
if your post ID = 15
count query to database is
SELECT SUM(count) FROM wp_statistics_pages WHERE id= 15

please run this sql according your post-id in your phpmyadmin and check wp_statistics_pages table and tell me result.

If the result was correct.please check use cache plugin setting or
Exclusion in wp-statistics .

This error seems to be for WordPress nor wp-statistics Plugin.
please tell me what is your php version and (win or linux) ?
