WP-Statistics Admin Pages not use rewrite system. for example:
{your-site}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_settings_page

please check your ‘wp-content/uploads’ folder permission and exist GeoIP Database in the same folder. then go to WP-Statistics Setting page -> Geoip Tab and click Update Database.

we always try to compatible plugins with the search engine, Especially Google.
if you have a problem in the number of referrals from a search engine, please check search engine option in WP-Statistics setting page.
