WELL I had this issue when I changed my http to https, and the only way I could bypass the problem was changing Folder Protection check marks in advance settings of plugin

Dear Tracy, thank you very much. it wordked but I guess I need some customization to put “submit” button in front of email adrress field. Also responsive mode is still in vertical mode. another thing is that when I hide field lable, the horizontal mode is disabled.
well, do you have any time helping me on this? I’ll appreciate that.
