Thank you! That fixed it. I had just assumed it was a theme issue because it never happened on my old blog using a different theme, but I see now that I didn’t have photon enabled on that site (and it must come auto-activated with jetpack because I never enabled it on this site either). I appreciate your help!

Thanks for the reply Denzel. I ended up removing all my custom CSS and adding it back in one item at a time until I found the piece that was causing my problems. I believe I have it working on all devices now. The issue seems to have been caused by adding a height value to a widget inside my header widget space.
