With regard to your currency symbols not lining up – there are thousands of themes out there and it’s quite possible that the reason for it not lining up was the theme you selected to use. This is something that we would have been happy to assist you with if you had logged a support ticket.
Terminology like “position priority” and “display on loop” are used by the majority of our users working in WordPress so we have to date not needed to change it. We’re sorry it was a tad confusing for you but as mentioned we value the feedback.
We have a huge amount of “change” or “improvement” requests – or as we like to say “Feature Requests”. We encourage users like yourself to log these using the link https://wpwham.com/support/feature-requests/. We action these based on “votes” from other users because they can then see what you have posted. Please feel free to post anything you think would improve the product there.

Yes, that is correct. Our support ticket system is private so as to make sure that users details remain confidential. We do not discuss support issues or tickets via the forum for the sake of our users privacy – especially if we have to ask for log in details or IP addresses etc.
All communications will be done with you directly via your ticket if you log one.
Thanks for your input though about how we should handle our forum, but because we have run it this way for some years now it is not going to change at this stage.

We have checked all our support tickets and we noted that there are no support tickets logged by you to report this issue.
It’s a real pity you left a bad review and did not give us an opportunity to assist with your query. Giving a bad review before logging a support ticket with us to try and see what caused your issue is really not the best way to go about getting an issue with the product resolved.
It may not have been the plugin itself but coding on the site – something our lead developers would have been able to spot for you if you had logged a support ticket.
