Thanks for the help I was able to solve the problem, in a nutshell, the issue was whitelist each IP the appears on the diagnostics page at the “Connecting back to this site” add that to Cloudflare. this is shared hosting so the IP might change.

Thank you for your detailed reply I did exactly what is mentioned but nothing changed except that when I paste this in my htaccess file the entire website shuts down error 500.
I did ping my domain with CMD and add the ip address on Cloudflare.
Then I copied pate the .htaccess text lines the 503 error problem still exsit in the connection tab in wordfence.
I did purge cache in every single step, still I cannot perform any scan.Help me and thank you
