Thanks for writing in about this! We would love to see exactly what the set-up is for the Grow buttons on your site, as opposed to where the audio player is showing. Would you be able to write into [email protected] and send over an example post, so we’re able to check?
So appreciated!
Thanks so much for reaching out! I noticed you emailed into our support team since you had the Pro version of the plugin and that we were able to assist you there.
Just as a heads up, if you’re using Pro you can always reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll respond as soon as we can!
Have a great day.Hey @simigianikapoor,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I took a look at your site this afternoon and it looks like there’s some CSS potentially coming from your theme causing this behavior.
You should be able to add the following CSS below to your theme using the Additional CSS in WordPress to fix this up. ??
.dpsp-networks-btns-wrapper button.dpsp-pinterest {
margin-top: 0px !important;
}Once done clear out any caching on the site and feel free to let us know if that does the trick!
Additionally, I noticed you have the Pro version of our plugin. For more immediate support with issues such as this one you can totally feel free to shoot us an email to [email protected].Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hubbub Lite - Fast, Reliable Social Sharing Buttons] Hide Element SelectorHey @daniellerch,
Thanks so much for reaching out! As far as the selector goes, you’ll want to use the CSS selector for that element where you would want the floating sidebar to disappear upon reaching.
There isn’t a link here to your site, but just as an example say you wanted to stop the floating sidebar from appearing when reaching the footer on the site. If that footer has a class name of “site-footer” you’d then input “.site-footer” into that field.
Hope that helps! If it’s still a bit confusing feel free to shoot over an example URL and what you’re trying to achieve and I’ll take a peek.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hubbub Lite - Fast, Reliable Social Sharing Buttons] PHP 8.0 CompatibilityHey @wpsitecare,
Thanks for reaching out! I had a look at the site listed this afternoon and it looks like it’s running an extremely old version of the plugin (Social Pug) before it was rebranded to Grow Social Pro.
If the site owner is a current subscriber to Grow Social Pro, feel free to have them reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to get things squared away so they’re on the proper version!Hey @scoathy,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Checking out the link you provided, it looks like you have Grow Social installed on your site and not Grow Social Pro.
The non-Pro version of the plugin doesn’t offer the Pinterest hover button feature. If you should have the Pro version instead, feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to get things squared away. ??Hello @yvandupuy,
Thanks so much for reaching out. So happy you’re satisfied with our plugin so far!
We’ve been closely monitoring how our plugin performs with the latest version of WordPress and thankfully, we haven’t seen any issues so far. If you happen to spot anything, please let our team know and send us a message at [email protected].
I can also assure you that we have big plans in the works for Grow Social and Grow Social Pro! Our goal is to keep updating those products in different, exciting ways. I’d keep an eye on our blog for any updates and let us know if we can help with any further questions.
Hey @davidfonsbo,
Thanks for bringing this up! We do have an option in the pro version of the plugin (Grow Social Pro) to set a post custom Pinterest image for every post. You’re then able to specify the Pinterest button behavior to only pin that specific image instead of the images from the post’s content.
If you’re interested in that type of sharing content customization, I’d check out more on Grow Social Pro here.

In reply to: [Create by Mediavine] Use of LIKE ‘%%%s%%’I just wanted to do a quick follow-up since I talked with our plugin developers, it looks like the good news is we have a fix already in place for this in our next release of Create.

In reply to: [Create by Mediavine] How exactly does this plugin work with a page builder? When it comes to Create, you’ll create posts like you normally do with either the Gutenberg/Classic editors or using a page builder like Thrive Architect or Elementor.
When using Gutenberg/Classic, we do have some options added to those editors that allow you to embed the Create cards within that specific post but if you’re using a page builder like Thrive Architect you’ll like need to embed your Create cards using the shortcode provided in the cards themselves.
You can find more information about that here:

In reply to: [Create by Mediavine] Use of LIKE ‘%%%s%%’Hey @craigfrancis,
Thanks so much for reaching out! We’ll go ahead and pass this information on to our plugin developers to have them take a look. ??

In reply to: [Create by Mediavine] Image missing in FirefoxHey @iwilkerson,
Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry for the delay! I took a look at the recipe card in the link you provided and it looks like I’m seeing Create’s header image showing up great in both Chrome and Firefox so it looks like things are working as they should on my end.
Just out of curiosity, are you still experiencing any issues with this? If so, could you try accessing your site in an incognito window to see if the same behavior occurs?
Additionally, if you’re still experiencing issues with this, feel free to reach out to us directly and [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to dig into this further!

In reply to: [Create by Mediavine] An error after the latest plugin updateHey @thehealthfulideas,
Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know about this (and so sorry about the delay here).
I tried reproducing a similar experience on my end by adding some alt text and descriptions to the images in the Media Library as well as testing the images being used in the Create card.
So far, we haven’t yet been able to reproduce this issue on plugin updating but if you’re still experiencing any issues with this feel free to reach out to us using [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to dig in deeper there!
