I already do these things. The problem is that I have no way to simulate hundreds of visitors per day. Error is very strange.
From the errors displayed in the log, there is something related to Blocks and HPOS. Changes made in versions 8.2 and 8.4.

I will do more tests on more staging sites.
With these problems, I will start making online stores on Prestashop in the future to be sure that there are no errors. I no longer trust WooCommerce as a reliable solution for online stores.

The error appeared again. Even after updating to the latest version of WooCommerce.
Also yesterday I installed everything from scratch to do a test. And that error appeared. I gave several times “WooCommerce transients – Clear” and maybe this triggered the error. I don’t know.

The problem is that before I was using WooCommerce 8.5.3 and WordPress 6.4.5. And I had only 2 lines of errors. The modules and templates were updated up to date. When I updated WordPress 6.6.2 and WooCommerce 9.2.3, 2 more error lines appeared. Of course, the template used has a patcher update and I updated the WooCommerce template in the theme.

The problem is that the said error is random. 1-2 times every 1-2 days. It only appears on the active site. If I work on the clone of the site on a subdomain, I see that the problem is not triggered. Maybe it is not activated because there are no orders and visitors on the test site. Even if I make a few orders, I think it’s not enough.
I see that the last synchronization error appeared 2 days ago. Yesterday I activated “Enable compatibility mode”, but I did not switch to HPOS. I’ll leave it like that for now. I think the problem is since HPOS was introduced from 8.2. Pretty much everything I’ve seen on the forums is HPOS’s fault, but in my case I didn’t activate HPOS.
I’m waiting a few days to see if with the “Enable compatibility mode” setting activated, that synchronization problem will still appear.
From what I see in the “wc_schedule_pending_batch_processes” error, it is related to HPOS synchronization.
I believe this because in 8.0 the HPOS function was only in the test and I think it does not force you to switch to HPOS.

Regarding the templates, I don’t think this is the problem, because it appears on several templates. I only use the most popular templates like Flatsome, WoodMart, etc. I avoid having errors due to templates. And as modules I only use:

I checked in ?WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions. “woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders” was the only action in pending.I checked and it is ok.
As I said before the update to 9.2.3, I used version 8.5.3 and that error with Action Schedule was not there. There were other errors as I stated above.
I think the problem is related to HPOS, although I don’t use HPOS.
At one site I used a backup when version 8.0.3 was used and the problem disappeared.
This problem is not only with a few sites. I have friends whose clients sites have the same problem.
I only created this topic, because there was no point in making more than 10 topics with the same error.
Most of the sites I started using version 8.0.3. This is not a solution, because I have no way to update without that error.
I’ll try to use HPOS on a client’s website to see if it solves the error, but it’s still not a solution. The developers should solve the problem.
