In reply to: [Really Simple CAPTCHA] Not Working with WordPress version 4.9.2?Not everyone wants to use Google products as they’re making so many processes so difficult.
And why be snarky and rude about your own product when people still want to use it (“Of course not. Read the plugin page to learn how to use the plugin”)?

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection disappeared from PluginsOnce I calmed the f*ck down and learned that the redirects are stored in the database I ftp/deleted the folder and then reinstalled an earlier version, which fixed the problem. The upgraded and it now works.
But this IS a problem that IS happening.

In reply to: [WP-Members Membership Plugin] HTTPS issue “insecure stylesheet”Hey Chad. Thanks for the reply.
Your hunch was right, I did have that value as http. This was only throwing a little note in the right side of Chrome browser address bars.
I fixed it but it didn’t solve the bigger issue of the dreaded red line through my red lined “https” that started earlier this week. So… false correlation on my part.
Then I learned that Google and other browsers have distrusted the particular SSL Cert that I have installed. Specifically, startcom.
More, here: https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2016/10/24/distrusting-new-wosign-and-startcom-certificates/
New cert coming soon…
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Replytocom Controller] Update to 1.1 Crashed SiteHey Clayton.
Installed 1.2 and am seeing no issues or problems. I’m not sure how to test the plugin intention… so I can’t tell you if it’s “working”.
My url is perfectwoodgrain.com.
Question: What do you suggest we use for a redirect url? Would home page suffice?
Thanks for the hard work.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Using photos from the Media LibraryHey Jacob. Thanks so much for the reply.
After importing, I get the image placeholders and “N.A.”, not thumbnails.
Any suggestions?
Also got OOPS message with simple, email address only form after update to newest version.

In reply to: [WP-Members Membership Plugin] User login notification emailsOkay I feel like a jerk… I was relying on another plugin (Wordfence) to alert me to logins.
The lack of notifications turned out to be some php() mail delivery dumpster fire of silliness (resolved with Postman plugin), not a WP-Members issue.
Author/admin feel free to delete this thread.

In reply to: [Virtue] Change Default Page Template to FullwidthMany thanks, Ben
I downloaded, tested and trialsed (yes, a word) many new themes. Support like this is rapidly moving toward Kadence.
I will play with the child themes and php tonight.

In reply to: [Boxzilla] No auto close and how to hide on mobileHello, Danny
I wan’t sure if Google was going to penalize all popups on mobile. Hopefully you’re right and it’s just about “too much screen space”. Does anyone ever really know what the big G is thinking???
I don’t want to block the box on any screens, because it brings in subscribers… I’ve reduced the size and it looks good on mobile so I’ll test it for awhile.
One request: Please remove the link to my example page in my original comment, if you can.
Thanks again for the excellent plugins. MC for WP saved me from the “official” MC plugin, which is a dumpster fire.

In reply to: [Boxzilla] No auto close and how to hide on mobileVersion 3.1.5 resolved the no auto close for my site.
Still interested in screen size control suggestions.
I don’t understand.
I’m telling you that version 1.5 of your plugin doesn’t recognize previously subscribed addresses AND breaks Mailchimp email automation/workflow.
How, exactly is that useful to anyone?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not working after 4.4.1 wordpress updateOne of the most common ways hackers get access to WP sites is through outdated plugins.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form not working after 4.4.1 wordpress updateI won’t be editing any PHP! That’s the authors job; to provide a functioning plugin.
Broken on my site since WP update this week.
“Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.”
Clearly this plugin is broken for the current version of WP.
So the question is, does the author plan to fix it?
