The same thing is happening to me. I had a page that was showing up on the menu under the header, but is not now. The only thing that I’ve seen that’s different is that the Parent dropdown menu is no longer on the Page Attribute section. I’m using the iThemes Builder Pattern theme.

thanks! it was the Simple Tags plugin stopping the categories but my Amazon Autoposter still won’t work.

i get this exact same message. wp 3.1, newest amazon autoposter. i’d also love to see any responses.
