I now also changed every “//” to “/*” and at the end “*/”. But it does not work either… I don′t know why this plugin does not work when cached.
PS: Unfortunately your solution does not work. Even after replacing this code the lightbox does not show up when clicking on a picture. The picture itself just opens in a new tab. Without cache it works, but with W3 total cache: No.
What else may I do?
Thanks for your answer! Would be so sweet if the authors would fix it with an update – but they do not response at all :-/

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Please remove your invasive update messageMe, too. Your plugin is just a plugin, man. And delete this annoying bloatware in your latest version (installers everywhere in the vendor-folder).

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?And I don′t want any kind of popup or auto-load update page within the admin area. Yoast does that since the latest updates. And all these files and “autoloaders” of course look pretty suspect. So fix that.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?Autoloaders… all with “TEST” in their names? What do Asgard, CakePHP, DokuWiki, Drupal, TYPO3Cms have to do with WordPress SEO? Auto loader of TYPO3 CMS for WordPress? Makes no sense at all. How about Shopware, Piwik, Zend, and so on!? I don′t think all that is okay.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?Yoast has to clean up his plugin and delete this unwanted code and release an update for it. Agree?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?Yoast has to. He developed this plugin, he is responsible for all these “installers”.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?Thanks for the links, but this is a case for Yoast. As you can see there are very, very, very much unneeded files in WordPress SEO. Yoast has to justify that.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?That is very, very bad. Because my webhoster told me my FTP-account was hacked. And it was exactly the FTP account my wordpress installation uses for Plugin updates etc. (it is not the account that I am using by myself for uploading stuff).
I’m curious to see if and how “Big” Yoast reacts to this big issue.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?My webhoster wrote me a message, that my website got hacked. They have send me a logfile with all these folders and files and more. So I was just asking here. At the moment my website is blocked until this malware-code (or however you want to call this) is removed.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Security issue with latest WordPress SEO?In addition to that, there are also several files in wordpress-seo/vendor/composer/installers/src/Composer/Installers/ just like:
AglInstaller.php
AimeoInstaller.php
AnnotateCmsInstaller.php
AsgardInstaller.php
(…)
CakePHPInstaller.php
CodeIgniterInstaller.php
DrupalInstaller.php
JoomlaInstaller.php
PhpBBInstaller.php
ShopwareInstaller.php
(…)
TYPO3CmsInstaller.php
TYPO3FlowInstaller.php… and much more! What do all these files and “Installers” habe to do with WordPress SEO Plugin? Any kind of hack? This does not inspire confidence.
Waiting for an answer!!!
