@shameemreza thank you for your reply. The duplicator plugin error is not what I am talking about though. The error I am having is that woocommerce home tab when selected crashes the database. I have dscovered that when removing the woocommerce pre orders plugin, the error seems to fix.

So I have narrowed a plugin down in the meantime, pre-orders plugin causes a crash when opening the woocommerce home tab. There is however, nothing in the woocommerce logs when it crashes. No fatal error log etc, it just hangs up, then my server hits 100%cpu, and crashes.

I currently have one major error and this lies with woocommerce I believe.

When I select the woocommerce – home tab on the left, my server cpu spikes to 100% and my database crashes, every single time. The error log doesn;t really show anything related. I have tried various fixes including changing the php memory_limit: 512mb, post_max_size: 2gb, php time_limit: 1200 and max_input_vars: 6144.

Thanks so much for your quick response. I can confirm the details of my database are correct. My username and password as well as database name are correct, and the DB_HOST is set to ‘localhost’.

The website is working, and the issue I was having is not 100% pf the time, it is intermittent. How would you recommend I proceed with this?
