What other plugins are you using? If you list them I can look into it further.
I’ve never seen this behavior myself but potentially could be due to many different factors. To help trouble shoot I would need to know the following information.

Do any JavaScript errors displayThanks for the suggestion. As of version 2.0.0 there additional help text in the error message that directs users on how to resolve.
Hi:
I’m not sure exactly what you are trying to do exactly. But in the above link you are using the Enhanced Product Link that outputs Amazon’s formatted ad. If you want a specific display for your product links I would suggest trying out the new Template Support in version 2.0.0
Hi:
The above error means that you’re php memory limit has been exceeded. WordPress has a good help page explaining how to update your configuration so tat this error goes away.

The Favorites Widget and it’s options is sourced directly from Amazon and per my knowledge you can’t modify image dimensions. If you find out differently please share so we can make the additional functionality available to all users of the plugin.
Hi:
Thanks for the suggestion. I’m adding an additional message into the to-be-released version that includes a prompt to sign-up for the Amazon Product Advertising API so that the AWS keys validate correctly.
For anyone who still experiences this issue please visit the Amazon Sign-In Page and follow instructions to enable your account.
Hi, you’ll have to provide more details for this to be reviewed. The plugin has a built in cache so that performance of the site content does not get overtly impacted. Please confirm if you are using the cache or if you have it disabled.
If you provide your website details it could be looked into further. Without further details there is not much that can be done.
Hi:
The images in the Widgets can not be modified. The widgets options come directly from Amazon and unfortunately do not allow image size at this time.
For product links in Post/Page(s) you can modify the size of the image inserted. If you go to “Product Link” search for and select a product you can choose the “Link Type” of Image and choose the image size that is to be displayed.
Thanks,

Hi Everyone,
As an FYI this issue is tied directly to Amazon. Multiple users have had this issue and unfortunately there is no confirmed method of making the issue go away.
The scratchpad that Amazon has created is definitely a useful too. thanks for that link Peter.
Also I just checked the geo-locale mappings in the plugin and austria, switzerland and other countries are already mapped to the above appropriate amazon locales.
Mike, what is your website? I can take a quick look and see if i can identify why you are getting the js error. if you don’t want to post it here email it to me at [email protected]
