In reply to: [YARPP - Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] No related posts.Hello,
I have this issue too.
Running WP 3.2.1 and YARPP 3.4.2. Standard usage, no custom template.
Every new post has an empty related list. To make the list appear, I have to :
– Change the relevant score : lower or higher (I tried 5 to 4 then 4 to 5) it does the trick
or
– Flush the YARPP cache
Since the score changing seems to empty the cache, I think this is a cache related issue.
Best regards,
OK let’s go there, as the issue is not solved.
Hello,
I have tried two things :
– Turn off DB Cache Reloaded : no effect (so no interaction)
– Lower the relatedness score as you suggest (from 5 to 4) : it seems to work now.
I’ll test it today with several articles I have to write and tell you if it is over or no.
Thanks for your help !
Best regards
In fact it only worked for the articles I wrote this morning. I wrote two other articles this afternoon, and again empty list (but it should not, as there is a daily article with a very similar structure everyday).
Agan I flushed and rebuilt (btw it took me several tries, as the building crashes and asks to reload the page and continue) and it worked, but I fear I will have to do this for every article now.
Do you have any ideas about this ? Another interaction with DB Cache Reloaded ?
@azn137 : Thanks a lot, it works !
Hello
Thanks for your quick fix, this works perfectly on my site.
There is just a drawback : the scoring system is so strict now that I get no related articles for my new articles. I tried to add tags too (I did not used them before) with no change.
How does it work now ?
Best regards
Thanks a lot, I hope this will be over soon ??
In the meantime, I have turned off DB Cache Reloaded.
Hello,
I have issues too since last update.
I use YARP 3.4.1 on wordpress 3.2.x (don’t remember exactly the version but I’m sure my 3.2 is the last up-to-date version before 3.3). Since I updated YARP this morning, I have this message coming on each posts :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method dbrc_wpdb::set_charset() in /var/www/virtual/w4a122716/wtcomics/wp-content/plugins/yet-another-related-posts-plugin/cache-tables.php on line 266
This only occurs when the plugin DB Cache Reloaded Fix (version 2.2.4) is activated, so I suspect a conflict between the two plugins, related to some changes made in the last version of YARP.
Hoping it will help you to find how to fix this issue.
Thanks a lot in advance
Best regards
Thank you very much for your quick and detailed answer. I tried the manual excerpt and it works fine.

Just upgraded and tested…and it works perfectly !
Thanks you very very very very very much !
Thank you for your quick answer to this problem. I will let you know as soon as I get 1.6.22 if the problem is cleared on my site.

OK I made some tests, the conflicting plugin on my site is Simple Facebook Connect.
If I disable the plugin, the javascript code just shows up once instead of three times, and the submission message is shown.
In the plugin, I have activated the following components :
Publisher (send posts to Facebook)
Allow FB Login to Comment (for non-registered users)
Integrate FB Comments (needs automatic publishing enabled)Do you think you can find a workaround to allow your plugin and this one work together, or should I begin searching for another plugin for my Facebook communication ? (I want to keep yours absolutely, it’s very useful !)
Best regards
I’ll try to deactivate the plugins, thanks for the hint.

In reply to: [Form Manager] [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Form copyThank you very much for your answer, I did not think of that.

Hello,
Same problem here : the submission works very well (data stored in the database and available with the display code), but the redirection page does not work, and one submitted the form keeps in place, so the user does not know if the submission has worked or not.
My website using the form is here : https://wtcomics.mdata.fr/dispo/septembre-2011/formulaire/
Thanks a lot in advance
