Upon re-install of Mega Main Menu, my Add TO CART functionality works, so there must be some upgrade issues with Mega Main Menu.

HA! Agreed.

I had to deactivate Mega Main Menu and all started working fine for me. I agonized over it for 12 hours and lost about a grand in sales.
