In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] 500 error when adding APIHey @lancebarton70
Sorry to hear about that moderation hangup. I’m afraid I don’t have the ability to speed up that process. We don’t have a direct email address but you can get a direct line to MailChimp’s Tech Support Team here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options
If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks for your post. I’d be glad to help troubleshoot with you to try and get things up and running here.
I understand you’ve already gone through checking minimum requirements and plugin troubleshooting which is great. Just so I’m completely up to speed, could you share with us the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
Thanks in advance for this preliminary information. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Site won;t SyncHey @craigjiggy
A greyed out list selection field usually indicates that the store has already synced with a particular list. Because a MailChimp store cannot sync to more than one list, it’s necessary to delete the store connection entirely (by deactivating then deleting the plugin) in order to setup a new store that connects to a different list. Unfortunately lists cannot be edited in an existing store connection.
All this said, if you’re seeing syncing issues, would you be able to provide the details requested above in the thread? I’d be glad to offer some further advice based on what you’re seeing.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Sync IssueHey @dreambits
Thanks for following up with that information. I was able to take a look over things, and it appears that there are some upgrades needed before we’ll expect the plugin to sync properly.
First, the plugin requires at least MySQL version 5.6 or greater. I would recommend upgrading from 5.5.5. For reference, here are the server requirements set by WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
Next, it appears the site is running version 2.6.1 of the WooCommerce plugin. The MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin is not designed for older versions of WooCommerce, and it’s recommended to be on the latest version of both plugins in order for things to sync properly. I would recommend upgrading there as well.
If you encounter any further issues after making those upgrades or have any other questions, don’t hesitate to let us know!

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Multisite Issue after activationHey @lewiscowles
Thanks for bringing this up. You are correct that the plugin is not setup to handle multi-site environments. That said, we are tracking feedback on this and I’ll be sure this specific instance of a 404 page makes its way to our development team. You can also provide feedback and monitor issues on our Github page.
If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Abandoned cart not workingHey there @nicky_corri
Thanks for getting in touch. First off, I can confirm that those not subscribed to the list would only be able to receive the first email in an Abandoned Cart Series and would not be eligible to receive further emails in the automation workflow.
As for those emails not triggering the Automation, it may be necessary to contact MailChimp’s Support Team so they can directly troubleshoot things with you as there may be some hangups on the MailChimp side of things.
That being said, I can help double check that there aren’t any baseline issues with the integration that could be causing issues. Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report? I’d be glad to help check things over.
Thanks,
Malachite
