Update:

It appears there is a bug with the plugin. If the “Group FAQs by Category” option is enabled BUT you only filter FAQs based on tags, then the FAQs don’t appear.

I have checked this by disabling the “Group FAQs by Category” option and my questions reappeared.

Please update as soon as possible as my FAQ functionality is now broken. ??

Hmm. My “cache timeout” is currently set to 7200 seconds. And this is shown under the setting: “How long should cached pages remain fresh? Set to 0 to disable garbage collection. A good starting point is 3600 seconds.”

Should I set it to 3600?

As far as triggering the Ajax, I was able to get it loaded in a browser (Chrome) using incognito. However, I haven’t investigated any further.

Boom! It was the space between my categories that was breaking this functionality. Thanks so much, man!

Edit: Just so you know, this is the tutorial I followed… and it uses a space. You can see that at around the 1-minute mark. Since the YouTube channel is the official channel for your product, it may be worth redoing this video.

It appears this is my mistake.

I changed:

.ufaq-faq-title a {
pointer-events:none;
cursor:default;
}

To:

.ufaq-faq-title {
pointer-events:none;
cursor:default;
}

… and everything seems fine now. Does the above change look OK?
