Hi Esme, Yes I’ve seen this, but it’s all jargon to me, I don’t understand it. I don’t understand where I can find the ‘admin panel’ – is this something that everyone has access to, or is it unique to my blog? I don’t get it.

I’ve put the original message back in and saved it, and that seems to have returned the site back to normal. Phew. But videos are still too big.
