I could really use some help here. My site is broken and I don’t know what to do to get it fixed. I have lost data & money because I tried to restore my site with an older backup of the site hoping to go back to the site before the plugin update. Needless to say it didn’t work. So now I have and older version of my site running but my customers still can’t buy anything that is a variable product. Please help!!!!

I have also opened a conversation on this very issue with no fix. It’s very frustrating to reach out for help and find there is no one really willing to help.

Thanks so much for your assistance. I performed all of the steps you outlined in the above response unfortunately it’s still not working. I still get the strikeout circle without the ability to select or add any variable item to the cart. The current WooCommerce Payments plugin version is 6.1.1 and I have also purged all cashes hoping this would be the fix I need. Anything else I can try to fix this issue? Thanks, again.

I have the same issue. It would be nice if we could go back to having three separate image size areas that we can modify. This update rolled the thumbnail and catalog image sizes into one size option. For appearance sake, I’m forced to use the smaller image size which causes the catalog images to blur. Caught between a rock and a hard place. I don’t want to go back to the earlier version of woocommerce because I’m hoping a fix for this will happen soon.
