Yes, I have this recurring issue also. I tend to put an image at the beginning of the post and have tried moving it by cutting/rearranging the code in text view and it still does not recognise the keyword in the first sentence. It is definitely set to paragraph. It would be great to see this fixed, it’s been like this for a year. I am a customer of Yoast’s other paid plugins.
