Hello, I had the same problem.
The value of the selected radio button wasn’t dispalied on the PDF.
I realise the problem was using special charecters as : [”:+-]
when I removed the special charecters – it works fine.

Same thing happened with my site. I’m sticking with 4.14 until I hear otherwise.

I had the same problem after connecting the website to AMAZON CDN and updating the FireWall.
@spectacula solution solved the probelm.
