In reply to: [Maps Builder - Google Maps Plugin] No map showing at allHi,
I’m not sure if this is any help, but I managed to get another maps plugin to work without changing anything else.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Maps Builder - Google Maps Plugin] No map showing at allHi,
Thanks for your quick reply. The only thing I can think of is the update to the latest version of WordPress. The trouble is I’m not sure exactly when the maps on the directions page stopped working. I hadn’t been monitoring that page as it has been working fine for many months.
I checked the maps used on the directions page under the plugin’s “All Maps” menu option and they don’t show anything either. However, the Google Map Preview under “Edit Map” works ok and shows my marker. Is that any help?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Customizr] Site Title displayed twiceI logged in to WordPress admin and was only offered a theme update to 3.2.9. Where do I get 3.2.10?

In reply to: [Customizr] Site Title displayed twiceThanks so much for that code snippet. It did the job!
Hopefully there will be an official fix in an upcoming theme release. If it gets fixed in the parent theme, will that code snippet interfere?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Customizr] Site Title displayed twiceHi,
I’ve established that it is a change that has been made in the Customizr theme. I had a separate test site running an older version of Customizer that did not have the double Site Title in the tab. When I upgraded only the Customizr theme, nothing else, the problem appeared – the Site Title displayed twice.
It would be great if you could fix this!
Thanks,

In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] [ik_fb_feed] not workingHi Richard,
At the Facebook developers website, you select your app. Then there is a dropdown menu “Tools” at the top. Under that menu is a menu item “Access Token Debugger” which you click on. Then there is an “App Token” of the form “123456789012345|abcd123xyz”, where the first half before | is the App ID. I used the (full) App Token in Feed Them Social, the plugin verified it as OK and it seems to work.
I look forward to the proposed changes you will make to your plugin!

In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] [ik_fb_feed] not workingHi Richard,
I just tested a different plugin called Feed Them Social. It shows Facebook posts ok. It does not use the app id and secret key though, just optionally the access token (I have used mine and it claimed it was ok).

Thanks for an excellent plugin!
I also am having this problem with 2.9.1. Our website is here:

In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] Dec 17th Update and White Screen of DeathHi Richard,
Sorry about that, I was just editing my post as I realised my mistake and you replied so quickly! Yes, I should post on the other thread.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] Dec 17th Update and White Screen of DeathHi Richard,
Firstly, thanks for a great plugin!
Unfortunately, it has stopped working. I am using 2.9.1 and see no output. I am only getting a green tick for API Key and Secret Key Present. I haven’t changed any settings. I’ve checked the developer app settings and they are correct.
Edit: I just realised that the thread refers to the plugin not loading at all, but I can confirm that it does load ok, just I get nothing in my feed.
Thanks,
MikeI received no feedback about this issue so I switched to this plugin: amr-ical events list which works really well for my website. The author of that one is very responsive if you run into problems.

In reply to: [amr ical events lists] Times offset by one hour despite right timezoneHi Anmari,
Some info that might help:
Mapping from Windows timezone IDs to the standard TZIDsor in xml format:
XML mappingHaving searched a bit more, a good way to implement it in PHP seems to be to read the above xml file so that the mappings stay up to date eg.
PHP mappings generator sourceThe above generates a PHP mappings file and would need to rerun periodically.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Mike
