I think I have this fixed up. I didn’t change the version, so just download a new copy of the plugin and give it a shot.

No, but we also didn’t have anything to do with the mailchimp-framework plugin, so it would be better asking them in their help forum

Currently the plugin only supports the first grouping for your list. If you only have one and are using a select/dropdown for its options, reinstall the current version of the plugin.

Sorry, I misunderstood and thought you’d added extra groupings. Reinstall the plugin and those will start working correctly.

That’s bizarre, but not something that our plugin is doing. It is likely that you have some mis-behaving javascript on the page, though I’m not sure why it would hide those elements. Loading that page with javascript turned off in my browser, the form is displayed as it should be. There is also a javascript error being thrown when the page loads, so there’s a good chance it is related to that.

It hasn’t been updated to handle additional groupings yet.

I installed & activated the Flash MP3 Player but it didn’t break anything.

When you hit the “white screen”, you should see a line in one or both logs that has “PHP Fatal Error” in it. Whatever comes after it until the next timestamp should be helpful. Alternately, if you switch plugins on and off, you may be able to figure out which one the conflict is with. If you do, post the name and we’ll take a look.

There were some places where we were not doing proper encoding of those values. It has been fixed in v1.1.12 which should be available for download shortly.

Without knowing what the plugin is conflicting with, no, there’s nothing that can be told. If you check your web server’s error log – or possible php log if that’s enabled – it will have an error message listing where the conflict is coming.

No one has ever reported that issue and I can’t reproduce it. As far as I can tell, it’s specific to your setup and that makes troubleshooting it incredibly difficult.

I’m not aware of any other actual plugins, but you can use the embed code form for your list that we offer inside the application.

Those labels come from what you setup on your list in your MailChimp account. Change it there and then click the update list button.

I assume the message was actually “104: API Key can not be blank”? If so, something in your setup has lost it. Without being able to replicate that phenomenon, the best I can suggest is to use the “Logout” option, re-enter your username and password, and see if things start working.

The code available actually had the fix in it, but we didn’t change version numbers correctly so it didn’t appear that way. It should now.
