One small thing maybe you missed… I notice that when typing on the Firefox browser, it doesn’t show the other person (in this example on Chrome browser) that they are typing something.

Hi, I’m on a Mac OS El Capitan using Firefox 57.0.1 (64-bit). It doesn’t work for me on your demo either with that setup, so you if you can try with a Mac using the latest Firefox you should be able to replicate… Let me know.

Downgrading from Woocommerce 3.2.1 to 3.1.2 seems to have helped but not sure, it’s only been a few hours and waiting to see if it will spike again or not. Issue happened a couple days ago after upgrading some plugins and adjusting some settings so not sure if the Woocommerce update caused the conflict or not.

I am also using Max Mega Menu plugin and have inserted the woocommerce product category shortcode to display products in the menu. I think that’s where the errors might be.
