Nearly 3 months with no reply from author on this? What is the status on this?

I got it to work now.

There were two issues.

1. Had to set a start date to get it to work. Is that the norm with your schedule extension installed?

2. When called via JS, it was opening but then closing a second later. Creating a new popup fixed that. Maybe the original got corrupted.

I don’t know.

The problem goes away if I disable your scheduling extension.

However, I wasn’t able to replicate on a test site.

I guess it’s just that input field that is missing a placeholder. Could you please add a placeholder for your next update?

I’m having this problem and it’s been on-going for a while, a couple months or more, just haven’t had a chance to look into it until now.

Deactivating BP Better Messages and email notification then works – so something going on here! So at least 3 people have this issue for a while now.

I’m using the premium version with websockets v 1.9.7.1. This seems to be the latest version.

Please consider this urgent.

Explicit cookie consent is also required to be GDPR conpliant. It seems that not having an opt-out option would not be GDPR compliant. Don’t you think that some missing Transaction in the GA account is better than potentially most people not being able to use your plugin at all?

Changed settings from ‘Regular price’ to ‘Price HTML’ and now shows.

I’ll be sure to review the plugin once I’ve tried it out some more!

I was using the “While CSS pulse” button in plugin settings. Changed to using own background image as described in plugin FAQs and issue is resolved.

Okay, good to know, that is great, very useful!

I like a lot of the features of that plugin I mentioned such as option to send individual messages vs group message; as well as ability to quickly tick members to send to.

Any rough ETA on when we can look forward to that?

@wordplus Yeah, I see now that there’s other ways I can do sitewide notices, so it’s not an issue actually. It’s the mass messaging, that is more relevant.
