NEW UPDATE: I’m just gonna stick with WP 2.6.5 for now and will upgrade to WP 2.7 once the bugs have been fixed. BTW, I found my API Key by logging into my WP profile and was able to fix the WP Stats Plugin… Hooray!

UPDATE: I just reverted back to WP 2.6.5 and it seems to work fine, accept that the WP Stats Plugin is asking for the API Key. ARRGH!.. I knew I should have written it down… LOL!

So you’re saying that imagettfbbox() is a common PHP function that needs to be enabled on the server side. OK, I’ll try it… Thanks for the input!
