In reply to: [Simple Blog Stats] The number of posts – after update v20180820Hi Jeff,
I am having the same problem.
I use this shortcode tag to display the number of posts per category. Ever since the most recent update, the post output for [sbs_posts] is ZERO for all posts and all categories.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Unable to Edit or SaveI just figured out the problem.
I was using the “post_category_name” feature and one of the selections didn’t have a matching category name.
To resolve the problem, I just deleted the category name. Another option would have been to create a new category that matched it in the field.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Unable to Edit or SaveI tried deactivating the plugins as you said, but I still am having the same problem.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you. The second suggestion worked like a charm!
By the way, I also tried editing in text mode and that didn’t change anything either.
Hi. Thanks for the response. I tried deactivating all plugins, refreshed the page and there is still the box issue.
Any other ideas?
Maybe there is a plug-in that would help.

In reply to: [Hueman] Adding Social Link Icons in Global SettingsI tried your suggestions, but I’m still having problems.
Another thing I noticed is when I try changing the Social Icon from the RSS default option, at the bottom of the Chrome browser it shows the message: “javascript:void(0)”
This may have something to do with the issue. If there is no other solution, I may have to try the last option you mentioned and try reinstalling the theme entirely.

In reply to: [Hueman] Adding Social Link Icons in Global SettingsI added the 5 social links prior to the recent Hueman theme update.
Before, we were able to edit it under the theme settings more easily. Ever since the change, it has been causing some other interface problems for some users of the theme.
Any tips?

In reply to: [Hueman] "Next Page" not appearing under all category sectionsThanks Denzel. My old child theme files were causing the problem.
I ended up deleting the old child theme files that I edited and replaced them with the updated ones — then made the necessary changes to the new files in the child theme folder. Turns out it was the sidebar.php file in particular that was causing the main conflict.
It’s all fixed now.
Cheers!

In reply to: [Hueman] "Next Page" not appearing under all category sectionsHi, thanks for the reply.
I am using a child theme, but nothing that overrides the index.php or pagination.php file. My child theme has edited versions of the following only:
archive.php
content.php
header.php
page-title.php
searchform.php
sidebar.php
style.php (the stylesheet)Is there something in those files that could be causing problems?

In reply to: [Hueman] "Next Page" not appearing under all category sectionsMany of the job post sections have more than 10 jobs posted. I set the number to 10 in the WordPress settings. For example, after the tenth post in the China jobs section, there should be a “next page” link displayed after the last post which should allow the user to see more of the job posts but it doesn’t appear.
Here’s the link to the China jobs category section:

In reply to: [Hueman] Number of articles shown in a categoryHi, I was having the same problem with “Next Page” not showing up for the post categories ever since the last theme update. I tried changing the settings as you said, but for my site it didn’t resolve the problem.
The new theme update has causes a few inconveniences, including this issue, along with some problems being unable to customize sidebars.
Anybody have any other ideas for how to make the “Next Page” text appear at the bottom of the category pages?
Here’s a link to my site:
Hi, I’m getting the same problem with MailPoet getting stuck on the spinning “Loading Results…” as well.
Whatever I try to load into the newsletter template (new posts, new theme etc) can’t be placed into the template because of this problem.
I’ve tried using a different browser, uninstalling all other plugins, changing my wordpress theme and pretty much everything else that the developers suggested on the forms.
My Mailpoet version is recently up-to-date with version 2.7.
Is there any other way to fix it without changing the PHP version?

In reply to: [Hueman] Remove post date from posts in a specific categoryThanks for the reply. Actually, I just resolved the problem by clearing out the plugin cache from the “W3 Total Cache” plugin that I am using.
For the Hueman Theme, putting the following lines in the CSS file omits the dates in specific category listings of posts:
.post-category, .category-your-category-name .post-date { display: none; } .post-category, .category-your-category-name2 .post-date { display: none; } .post-category, .category-your-category-name3 .post-date { display: none; }
etc.
For the Hueman Theme, putting the following lines in the CSS file omits the dates in specific individual posts:
.post-1001 .post-byline { display: none; } .post-1002 .post-byline { display: none; } .post-1003 .post-byline { display: none; }
etc.
*The specific post number of posts can be found using the “Reveal IDs” plugin.
