Sorry, I see now that it is the 3.4 version of WordPress. That should be the issue.

Found it. I had uninstalled wpsc-simple-shipping but for some reason the system still remembered the settings…

Have you tried an mobile plugin? I can recommend WPtouch. Works fine with Delicate.
