I checked and as you can see https://snipboard.io/gucshK.jpg the loco string is translating effectively.

Not sure if there is some sort of “conflicts” with other plugin.
What I find weird is that on my site any other Give Donation form is working fine and is translating effectively, only the Donor Dashboard one is not…..

Many thanks for that and I am glad I should be able to fix it.
I am however unclear about the process to follow to fix that on my site.
Meaning I have Loco Plugin installed on my wordpress site but I am not sure how I can fix from there the donor dashboard.
Would you be so kind to explain to me step by step how to fix donor dashboard using loco ?

Thanks a lot. I conducted some tests. so my summary:
- Admin email receipt are functionning (to [email protected])
- It seems that when the donation is made by the admin (so address [email protected]) it is working.
- I have an SMTP plugin and did some test to send email to any emails and it works.
- When I make an order using woocommerce function, both Admin (seller) and client are receiving the email confirmation.
So what is not working is specifically the donation made by a customer other than the admin.
Conclusion according the tests I made is my email system on my site is working but there is a problem specifically with your plugin. And I am not sure what it is.
Any other idea where I could investigate ? I could give you access to my site if that helps.

What I strange is that I don’t have this issue with other parts of your plugin. but only the dashboard.
Any idea ? According to me there must be an issue on that specific page on my site. Can I maybe give you access to this page so you can check ?

Thanks a lot for the info. Actually it seems that the entire word content on this shortcut [give_donor_dashboard accent_color=”#115348″] cannot be translated from english to french, italian and german.
I am happy to give you phrase by phrase but the give donor shortcut above is basically from the plugin so I guess if you go to elementor and copy paste this shortcut you can test it. ?
Would that work for you ? Let me know if you want to proceed differently.

I have Loco translate and I am using TranslatePress as translation plugin.
I hired a guy who did some works on the strings with other plugins, but for some reason he could not fix yours.
Can you advise how to proceed ? I am even willing to give limited access to my site so you can see yourself if you want to.

I guess your plugin must be conflicting in some way with Woocommerce or Dokan or other key plugin on my site.
