As far as the link you refenced it mentions nothing of the features included in the free version. The whole experience has made me feel like I have been dealing with a used car salesman. I get the feeling that this is all about an upsell and not about having a product that is so good that people want to pay for it.
As for hiding features, that would never be a disservice. Millions of software companies hide features that are not available given the version. The only reason that you do this is to upsell and force someone to pay, even when they are demoing your product. As a user I don’t like looking through software getting the impression that this is feature rich, only to find out at the last moment when you click “Pay us more money.”
I am not the person that wants everything handed or done for me, so yeah it took me a lot longer to setup my campaign. But I was able to gain experience and leave an honest review based on my experience. A review that you took offense to and were passive-aggressive and condescending. Your response confirms my feelings and impressions.
