This time I am not sure it is related.

I don’t know if reinstalling Jetpack fixes it. That is why I am asking what to do?

There are some themes that claim to be drag and drop. Pagelines and Divi are a couple.

WordPress started as a blogging platform, so it kind of makes sense that it is blog centric IMHO. To make your site go to a static page as the homepage, you can set that under Settings > Reading

Have you tried contacting the theme author for support? If it is a paid theme, I would assume/hope they have some sort of support available.

I would try moving it using a plug in like Duplicator:

In the settings, click the Emails tab, then click on “new orders” and there is the option to enable or disable email notification.

I haven’t used this theme but it looks like a lot of setting it up is done in the Customizer…
