I had to hide them via CSS, but why did they come??

This could be due to payment method settings or an external plugin you might be using. Since the four checkboxes appeared after the payment was successfully processed, I didn’t fully test the entire process. However, after reviewing the class name you used to hide those checkboxes via CSS, it doesn’t appear to be related to an external plugin.

To better understand your site’s setup, it would be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status on your site. Once there, click the Get system report button, then copy it by clicking the Copy for support button.

If you are referring to Entries when mentioning “downloading the contact forms received from customers,” then yes, you can do that. However, WPForms Lite is not sufficient for this feature.

If you are referring to the form itself, you can export it by navigating to:
WP-Admin → WPForms → Tools → Export Forms.

To limit the word count, an Excerpt block could be a better option. You can set a maximum word count, and the block includes an optional ‘Read More’ link that directs visitors to the full post URL:https://snipboard.io/nzaM2l.jpg

The link you added is outdated. In this case, consider searching for the resource by adding the year to the search term. This will display the most recent resources. Remember to customize the code carefully, and always back up your site before making any changes to theme files.

Additionally, the Amelia plugin offers both appointment booking and event calendar functionalities, so it could be worth looking into.
