miniOrange 2-factor TeamHi @gpongracz8211,
As I understand, you are using QR Code Authentication as your 2-factor authentication method and you are redirected to the login page even after a successful 2FA.
Could you let me know if you have tried logging in using other methods and facing the same error?
Do you see any error logs regarding our plugin in the WordPress debug log file?
Thank you,
miniOrange teamHi @pjr101,
When you enter the username and password then you will get a screen waiting for the verification link to be clicked.
Along with that, you can see an option to send backup codes over email or verify backup codes. If you have any backup?codes left then please try to log in with the backup codes sent to your email.
Let us know if you need any backup codes to be generated.Otherwise, if you have FTP access to the site then you can rename the plugin folder named miniorange-2-factor-authentication.
Let me know if that works for you.

miniOrange TeamHello?@mommaroodle ,?
Yes, we have a solution to your problem.
As your Quform email field id is not constant we need to make the changes accordingly in our plugin code.??
We can check selectors based on the constant values which are always getting appended to input fields’ ids or classes. Please send us the query from plugin support so we can look into the issue and resolve the same.
Thank you,?
