    Thanks a lot for your prompt replies. GoDaddy India called the GoDaddy US team to resolve the issue and they couldnt give me an explanation for the issue.

    Yes it does although since I cannot code, I definitely havent put this

    /**
    * Other customizations.
    */
    define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’);define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’,0755);define(‘FS_CHMOD_FILE’,0644);
    define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’,dirname(__FILE__).’/wp-content/uploads’);

    This is the one right?

    I do not recollect explicitly setting the upload path. Im 100% sure it has been the same since the beginning. Please suggest steps to be taken to solve the problem
    Once again, I really appreciate the prompt replies and the efforts!

    Upload_Path: home/mayurahuja/public_html/wp-content/uploads
    Upload_url_path: [blank]

    Also I am using V5.5.49 of MySQL and woocommerce recommends 5.6. Could this be a possible reason for the links not changing?

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    I did upload a new image https://www.kitgenie.com/home/mayurahuja/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Breakfast_PinBadge-1.jpg however it still uses the same location
    I guess I will have to deactivate all plugins and check them one by one. This will mostly be related to a plugin “Regenerate Thumbnails” used by the theme “Savoy” for woocommerce.
    Thanks a lot for all the help and prompt replies. Will continue to keep you updated on the status.

    checked GUIDs and the problem still exists

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    I did follow the instructions you gave however there was no change in URL to the files. I dont know if I should try it with another plugin
    While changing settings were:
    Case-Insensitive box – unchecked
    Replace GUIDs – unchecked
    Run as dry run – unchecked

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    Did that however the images still give a 404 error

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    Which table do I apply the changes to?

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    My PHP options clearly show that I can have max upload size to 32MB and I also tried writing codes to increase the max upload size however nothing worked. I couldnt find any .ini files in my root folder.

    Thread Starter mayurahuja

    (@mayurahuja)

    My host is GoDaddy and my PhP version is 5.6. It shows maximum upload size to be 32 MB however I dotn know what the issue is. I tried making changes to wp-config.php, functions.pgp, .htaccess however nothing worked
