I’ve basically just made a schoolboy error, Mike. I’ve been using that theme and the plugin since January and uploading logos every other day.

Somehow I’ve confused myself and tried to upload the logo in the featured image section and wondered why it wasn’t appearing. I can only put this down to tiredness but it’s no excuse really!

Yes, as you will see its a Jobify theme and is just showing the default for when an image isn’t uploaded.

Featured image appears before and after save. The problem is that it then isn’t appearing on the page of the listing. There’s no obvious reason for this. It was working fine until this morning.

It seems there is some sort of conflict with the plugin ‘Theme My Login.’ Deactivating that allows me to logout now. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately that hasn’t worked. I’m using Nav Menus and I added a link with the account url plus customer-logout as you said.

However when I click on logout I’m receiving a ‘WordPress Failure Notice.’
There’s also a message saying: ‘You are attempting to log out of ESL-WORLDWIDE. Do you really want to log out?’

When I click the ‘log out’ link it just stays on that page and doesn’t log me out.

Okay that’s fair enough. Though I must say that confuses me as both the access to the site and access to the database have both worked since they were set up 2 months ago…it seems strange the site login would stop at random today!

Yes I can access the database. So would that suggest it’s a wordpress problem rather than my hosts problem? I’m no pro with this sort of thing. What should I do next?

Just to add to this…I even tried to reset my password via wp-login and it said “ERROR: Invalid username or e-mail.”

I have not changed my username, it remains the same as it always has.

Sorry, I’m not great with this stuff…do you know of a step-by-step solution to something like this?

It is…a series of separate posts relevant to the page. However the top post is not relevant in any way…it’s another category completely…

Do you know how I can fix this? Hopefully it’s just something simple that I’ve missed somehow…
