Hi there,
Thank you for your reply and clarification.
I’ve checked your documentation and it is confusing where it says ‘Full Backup – Backup your entire WordPress site.’ When in fact, the plugin does not take a full backup of the entire site. As you said, it only takes a backup of essential files and folders, but not all files and folders. It might be best to change your documentation to reflect this.
With that being said, your backup plugin does work very well. I was just hoping for the option to backup and extract all files and folders.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Unknown dynamic URL being called following Yoast installationHi Michael,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes that is correct.
Before installing Yoast, this URL was not being generated.
After installing Yoast, this URL is now being generated.
However, considering you haven’t come across this issue before, I might need to dig deeper than the standard troubleshooting measures you mentioned.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Some thumbnails not working when sharing posts on TwitterHi Suwash,
Thanks again for the reply.
I’ve increased the size of the image but unfortunately the thumbnail still doesn’t show when using the Twitter Card Validator.
Any other ideas?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Some thumbnails not working when sharing posts on TwitterThanks for getting back to me Suwash.
I checked the source code for the same page but I don’t see any relative URLs…
See screenshot link below where I found an absolute URL for og:image, not a relative URL.
Also, once we have figured out why the thumbnails aren’t working, is it possible to refresh already shared twitter posts? We have lots that have broken thumbnail images. See screenshot link below showing broken thumbnails that we’d like to fix.
Thanks for your help so far.
Talk soon,
MaxThank you for clarifying!
Hello,
I’ve noticed quite a few updates to the MyParcel plugin lately ??
However, upon testing the latest version (4.1.4) on a staging site, almost all of the previously listed problems are still occurring..
Could you please confirm if the problems are being addressed in a future version of the MyParcel plugin?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
MJHello again,
I hope you are well Richard!
Just wondering if this plugin is safe to update yet?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
MJHi Richard
I can see there is a new update for MyParcel.
Does the latest version 4.0.6 solved the aforementioned problems?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
MJHello again,
Thank you so much for providing the tweaked plugin!
However, I’ve network activated this on our multisite, run some tests, but unfortunately the AddToCart errors are still showing up.

Any other ideas?

MaxHi Antonino,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I can confirm we are using the latest version of Pixel Caffeine and these issues have been happening even though it’s updated to 2.1.4.
However, I am noticing that the problem appears to only happen on pages that are part of a step by step checkout. i.e. customers move from one page to the next as they pick out accessories and add to cart.
An example of a page would be this >> https://nl.ourgreenstory.com/stel-je-eigen-greenbook-uitwsibaar-whiteboard-notebook-samen-paginas/
Any idea why we are getting the ‘Invalid AddToCart Value Parameter’ on these product pages?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
MaxThanks Richard.
Looking forward to the update!

I’ve since changed the setting to ‘completed’.
Hopefully this fixes the issue ??
Thanks again for all your help.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Scheduled Reminders Not SendingI’ve just realised why this might be occurring…
The order status is set to ‘processing’ instead of ‘completed’ for sending review reminders.
Could this be why some completed orders don’t allow manual review reminders?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Scheduled Reminders Not SendingHello again,
Sorry for the slow reply.
See new screenshots via link below.
It seems like completed orders lose the ability to send manual review reminders, while orders in processing still have the ability.
Looking forward to your thoughts.
