I’m really sorry that it takes so long for an answer. Anyway the problem is that the image is not in the same domain where the SSL certificate is installed, I think.

I have just updated a new version of the plugin. Anyway I checked the previous version and the notice doesn’t appear if you click on “I already did it”.

It’s not possible that the plugin cause problem to your site when is deactivated. WordPress only loads active plugins installed on your website. All inactive plugins are totally ignored and are not loaded or even looked at.
Have you deactivated the plugin from the plugin list or from the Preloader Plus settings in the Customizer?

I checked your site and it works. That option uses a cookie, so if you clear the cache the Preloader will appear again. Maybe this is the problem. Let me know if you need more help.
