In reply to: [NETbilling for WooCommerce] Environment Drop Down Not VisibleHi! The “Environment” drop-down should be right under the “Debug Mode”. If you don’t see that, there might be a Javascript error or something else that’s preventing it from appearing. Could you email [email protected] with more details about your site so we can investigate further? thanks!
Hey zitrusblau, perhaps log an issue on the WooCommerce support forums? Seems like it may be causing a conflict with Download Monitor.
thanks!

In reply to: [Customizer for WooCommerce] Doesn't work at all@emc2 – there could be an issue with that plugin. Could you try deactivating it and checking if anything has changed? If not, please post a new support thread and we’ll assist ??
Hey Steinar,
Thanks for giving that a try. In order for the sorting to work properly, the “featured” meta needs to be present for every product. I would recommend using the product bulk edit feature to set every product as featured (so the meta is set correctly), and then manually turn off the featured flag for any product that isn’t. This should resolve the issue ??

Hey Steinar,
Thanks for confirming that. The issue here is that the Datafeedr import did not set the
featured
meta for products which means the featured sort won’t work. You’d need to either set this manually for each product, or ask Datafeedr to set that meta when importing.Cheers,
Max
The API requires you to look up an order by it’s id which isn’t the same as the sequential order number that this plugin generates ?? It’s a little confusing, but you can find the order ID by looking at the address bar when you’re viewing an order in the admin and it’ll say something like
post.php?post=304
— that 304 is the order ID that you’ll want to use to get the order via the API. hope this helps!Hey stylizimo,
Did you happen to import your products? We’ve seen this issue in the past with imported products where the
_featured
meta isn’t set correctly. Let me know and then we’ll dig in further ??cheers,
Max

In reply to: [Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Orders stuck in "Pending Payment"Heya, thanks for using the plugin and glad to hear it’s working well for you ?? You’re correct that the iPay88 gateway should be using
get_order_number()
so you could try changing that. You’re welcome ??
Hey ferajna,
Thanks for giving Custom Product Tabs Lite a try — for this you would need a bit of custom code in your theme to show the tab when that anchor tag exists.
Cheers,
Max
Hey AM,
Thanks for giving Sequential Order Numbers a try — unfortunately the information that is uses for the order numbers isn’t compatible with the other plugin. You could have a developer migrate the information over if the order numbers are important though. Sorry I don’t have better news for you.
