Thanks for you answer,
I have installed the plugin Query Monitor and I have the same warnings.
The plugin that has a Google integration too is LatePoint.

I’ve found a new solution so you don’t have to change your code.
I’ve changed my google analytics protocol by editing my profile view.
Auto tracking code is now working.
