Here’s a simplest possible explanation.

Go to your demo page as if you would from a search form. Some parameters are included in the URL.
https://ulisting.stylemixthemes.com/inventory/?category%5B%5D=2&category%5B%5D=3&range%5Bprice%5D=226500;850000

Now, try to click on Next page button down below.

What you’ll end up is this
https://ulisting.stylemixthemes.com/inventory/?current_page=2

And this is wrong because nobody wants to see all listings on page 2 but only those filtered earlier.
