In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Does not workHi Ryan,
Thanks for your time but the reality is that nothing really worked.
I have a clean installation of wordpress/woocommerce, with PHP 7.3 and 2GB of memory, and the plugin never even connected in the first place. In private email you told me if there was an error with “header not being allowed” , sent you screenshot, never got a reply. (Not a problem though)
Support tickets are left with no replies, and when the reply comes it is simply a reply template with no actual value to solve the problem(s), which in most cases are the same for many-many users here.Again, no problems on my side, but since most of us here are professionals, and already pay almost half a rent to Mailchimp each month for its services, i would expect a solid professional solution.
Solution: I have already purchased another plugin that worked in under two minutes of setup and i should have done that before spending one whole week of troubleshooting, contacts with Hosting provider and console error inspections that led to nowhere.
All the best

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Can’t connect– Latest updates on WordPress, Woocommerce and your Plugin
– PHP 7.3
– No Errors
– Memory is 2GB
– Documentation is already checked, contacted your support for over a week, but not a single solution.judging from the rest of the forum here, your Plugin is very problematic,
I am getting way different responses from your support, each agent is suggesting something different or asking if i have errors like “header not being allowed”Do not have any bad feedback from the dev-team, however i was expecting a more solid solution from Mailchimp especially when most of us pay almost half a rent for Mailchimp services each month. I would expect a pro solution and not a poor coded thing that sometimes work and sometimes not.
After a whole week of unsuccessful troubleshooting i gave up and purchased a third party solution plugin from another developer and it worked in under 2 mins of setup.
Thanks

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Sync timeThanks for your reply, Is there any problem leaving the plugin to sync on the back end? will this lead to performance issues during the syncing?

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Email Autmations to previous ordersHi @ryanhungate, i hope you’re doing well.
thanks for the reply but that didn’t answer the question, i mean what if we already have 30.000 orders during the last years, which in the past (and now) we sent automations to (with the help of a third party plugin) , will installing the Mailchimp plugin re-send automations to all previous orders?
In conclusion, does the plugin process customer data from store as new orders, and needs to re-send automations , or only new automations will be sent (after syncing, as you pointed out)Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customising WooCommerce Single Product PageWhat we used is this plugin to fully customize each Product’s page:
You can also have different designs for each product page and not the same structure to every one and quite simple to use.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Version 2.5.1 and User Registration password strength meterThanks, it is a huge problem, i had to answer to a few emails from customers from yesterdays update ( we updated yesterday )
And these customers complains add up, more scary that there is no warning.
A simple warning would fix the issueForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Version 2.5.1 and User Registration password strength meterThanks for yor fast reply, i will check this later on today and report how it works, however this was not a smart move from WC.
Thanks again,
MaxJust did ??
Many thanks again
Unfortunately for me the problem still exists:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mailchimp/classes/class-ss-wc-integration-mailchimp.php on line 358
I see here in the forum many people describing exactly the same issue so it is definately not a problem on my side.
Any help would be highly appreciated
