Well, there is no such kind of API/or something like that on my plugin. I’d recommend you to hire someone who will be able to implement this solution for you.

The solution itself doesn’t seems to be hard to implement: all is needed is to add a button next to each item and add onClick javascript handler to this button, so download URL will be returned via AJAX.

All you need is a just install PayPal addon for CF7 or Gravity Forms.

I don’t have any plans to implement integration with payment gateways.
