Hello,
I have done some troubleshooting and figured out that there was a rare bug which belongs to WP-Property 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 versions.
The bug, in some cases, occurred when new version of plugin was activated via Network ( Network enabled ): on trying to open admin page user saw blank page with message ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’
Do you had the same issue?
If so, the latest WP-Property 2.1.2 version should not have this issue anymore. Release was launched on Wednesday ( October 21, 2015 ).
I would suggest you to upload this version and check if it works for you.
Regards.

When I change these and then update the changes, this has no affect on the live page.
What about back end? Are Changes being applied on Edit Property page and on ‘All Properties’ page ( admin panel )?
Do you have any cache enabled on your site?
Regards.
Hello, Winston
Clarify your questions, please.
What is ‘availability’ or ‘academic years’? They are Property attributes?
If so:
– What kind of Data Entry they are using?
– Where did you try to update value of academic year? on Edit Property page?
– Can you update any attribute except of availability or academic year? Also, I do not understand what is wrong on provided pages of your site.
Regards.
Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that!
You are welcome! ))
Hello,
I did some troubleshooting on your site and figured out that the issue is related to WordPress redirects rules.
Your single property pages are not broken. But, another page is being loaded instead of your property page.
It happens because you have same permalinks slugs for your property and page generated from same page/property title. And WordPress thinks that it should load page instead of property on parsing the permalink.
So you just need to replace permalink’s slug with some unique value for you property or page and update post. See ( on Edit Page/Property ): https://screencast.com/t/0AYRRZzko
I sent more details about the issue and instruction how to fix it on you mail.
Please, mark the ticket as resolved if it fixes your issue.
Regards.
WP-Property 2.1.2 release is available for download.

Ah, sorry, I just found the bug which prevented showing of Multi-Checkbox attributes on front end.
We are going to launch urgent WP-Property release which contains the fix tomorrow. So the issue should be resolved for you after upgrade. I’ll keep you updated.

Thank you.
Hello,
Values separated by comma for Sample attribute will not work.
Data Entry ‘Free text’ is being used ONLY for storing single values.Select Data Entry ‘Multi-Checkbox’ if you need to store more then one value for specific attribute. See: https://screencast.com/t/pzYtL8k4M
So you will have similar multi checkbox list on Edit Property page: https://screencast.com/t/4Qa8FFQB6cz

Hello,
I believe I figured out what causes your issue. You must not use comma symbol for your numeric values on Edit Property page. See: https://screencast.com/t/cbCgCenOz
Numeric value must be only integer or float. Comma symbol makes your numeric value to be invalid for search engine.Note, you should use Display tab’s options on WP-Property Settings page to format your numeric and currency values. See: https://screencast.com/t/9libLSPojh0
Regards.
Hello,
Yes, the version is the latest. Could you please send us email to [email protected] with the link to this topic, so I would be able to assist you directly with the issue.

Hello,
I did some testing on your site.
And I’m absolutely sure that the issue is not related to WP-Property plugin.
For example, try to install Jetpack plugin ( one of most popular plugins which are being developed by WordPress team ): https://screencast.com/t/FlPlLiyoRtrK
You will have the same error. There is no issues only with plugins which have small size of archive (zip) file.
E.g.:
WP-Property’s archive is 4.7Mb
Jetpack – 5.9Mb.Probably the issue is related to your PHP settings. You should check the following directives in php.ini file:
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size
Be sure that available upload size is more then 8Mb.
E.g.:
upload_max_filesize = 16Mb
post_max_size = 16Mb
I would suggest you to ask your host provider to help if you are confusing or not familiar with it.
Also, quick solution is to upload plugin via FTP ( see my mails ).
Regards.
Please, mark the ticket as resolved.
Thank you.
