Sorry you had trouble getting MLF up and running. Alan has responded to you.

The first thing to do when you have an issue is to open a support ticket. We are very responsive with support and the vast majority of the time it is an issue with the setup of the user’s site. Occasionally we’ll find a bug, fix it and release the fix.

But a 1 rating is damaging to free plugin like ours. Please consider using support and giving us an opportunity to get you up and running and revisiting your rating.

We’ve opened up a test sandbox with the WPML folks. We’ve done this before with MaxButtons. But right now this isn’t top of our stack. When it is deployed it will be in Media Library Folders Pro.

As you can see we care quite a bit about our plugins. 1 stars are very damaging to a free plugin especially when you have not filed a support ticket first. Please file one or email us (the email address is in the plugin)

– Really Bad Interface! You can’t even select multiple pictures at once. <- is User Error 24

– I got a LOT of 501 and Ressource-Limit Errors. The Plugin often does exceed the PHP limits, even on 512mb and 300s <- this is an interesting one. usually from passing too many images at a time. But you’d have to post a support item and we’d help you fix it. but it is server dependent

– When Syncing with the folders, it does not recognize missing files, it only finds new ones. This is not the meaning of sync. <- ping us on this one. it has to do with how we process sync’s on moving. we skip thumbnails when syncing.

– You have to move the uploads on this specific view into the desired folder, when your insert a media into a post, you can’t edit the directory of the media. <- not quite sure exactly what your saying here. inserting media into a post is a pro function.

This is the wrong place to post this questions.

We completely support this product along with a ton of new enhancements. 21 minutes would be lightspeed for support. Of course you can see that we answer all of the questions pretty promptly in support.

Alan will be on it first thing when he’s back, which is early tomorrow morning!
